Everything you need to track earnings.
Built on authoritative public data, delivered in the tools you already use.
SEC EDGAR — The Authoritative Source
Every U.S. public company is required by law to disclose earnings results via SEC filings within four business days. EarningsTracker extracts dates and call times directly from these filings:
- Form 8-K (Item 2.02) — U.S. domestic issuers announcing results
- Form 6-K — Foreign private issuers reporting earnings
- EX-99 exhibits — Press releases with exact call times
This means our Confirmed dates are legally-filed facts, not estimates scraped from financial aggregators.
Data Quality Hierarchy
| Confirmed | Date extracted from an SEC filing |
| Tentative | Date sourced from company IR site |
Tentative events automatically upgrade to Confirmed when the SEC filing arrives. Your calendar updates automatically.
IR Quality Tiers
| Tier A | Dedicated IR platform, consistent pre-announcements |
| Tier B | IR subdomain, occasional pre-announcements |
| Tier C | Basic IR page, infrequent pre-announcements |
| Tier D | No IR site or SEC-only coverage |
IR Site Intelligence
SEC filings confirm earnings after the fact. But companies often pre-announce their earnings date on their Investor Relations website weeks in advance.
EarningsTracker monitors IR sites for companies rated Tier A–C, surfacing scheduled dates before they appear in SEC filings. Each company is scored by the quality and consistency of their IR pre-announcements.

Automatic Updates

Standard ICS format works with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, Fantastical, and any other calendar that supports subscriptions.
